In addition to the Joyeuse Macaroons, Maison Charaix also proposes a range of traditional biscuits. Our biscuits are hand-made at Joyeuse in the Ardeche region, using the brand’s time-honoured recipes and expertise.

These biscuits highlight our favourite ingredients: almonds, nuts, chestnut honey etc. Our aim is to develop the taste and the delicacy of these ingredients and to create gourmet biscuits of well balanced taste.
