Maison Charaix carries on the tradition of the "true macaroon": round and almond-based. The Joyeuse macaroons are an invitation to go back in time to the origins of the macaroon.

The ingredients we use are simple and are no secret: almonds, nuts, egg whites, sugar and flour. Nothing more: no preservatives, no artificial colouring.

It is our secretly kept production method which makes our macaroons so deliciously crunchy while maintaining their softness and a slightly caramelised, almond aroma. Our expert Macaroon bakers are the guardians of this secret, baking batch after batch, using the same procedures as their predecessors hundreds of years before them. Joyeuse macaroons are crisp and can therefore be kept for several months in a cool, dry place.
